SPIRIT OF CORNWALL

Our unique Cornish Eau De Vie, is distilled in our copper still which is heated slowly in order to preserve the aromatic qualities. It is distilled not once, but twice. The first distillation produces a very fruity liquid of around 28% abv. This is then distilled again to produce an Eau de Vie of around 68% abv, which is then blended with water from our own spring to 25% abv.

Savoured neat, on the rocks or with our own apple juice to make the perfect summer cocktail.
