CORNISH SCRUMPY

Our original Cornish Scrumpy is pressed, fermented and blended on the farm, using the traditional methods and skills employed for centuries in the art of the cyder maker. We use English cyder apples, including apples harvested from our own orchards, to produce this very strong still cyder.

Available in Medium Dry and Medium Sweet in 5 sizes: 40ml Mini Pitcher, 250ml, 1 Litre, 2 Litre and 5 Litre Pitcher, at 7.4% ABV.

Healey's Classic Oak Matured Cyder

This distinctive, full-bodied Classic Oak Matured Cyder is made using specially selected traditional bitter sweet varieties of cyder apples. The identifying rich colour and wonderfully warming flavours are developed for up to 3 months in used whiskey barrels that are kept in our own purpose built cellars. We then blend this matured cyder with exceptionally fruity ciders, creating a beautifully crisp, almost tropical cyder. An ideal cyder for sharing with family and friends!

Healey's Classic Reserve Cyder

We select our finest cyders and leave them to rest in our cellars, maturing in whiskey barrels, This produces a powerful, complex, award-winning cyder known as the Reserve.

Cornish Rattler (Cornish Rattler is a registered trademark)

Originally only available in draught format, having had numerous requests from our customers, we finally "captured the bite and put it in the bottle!" - allowing you to take the taste of Cornwall home with you.

Designed to be different in taste and appearance, this cloudy Cornish cyder is 6% ABV and sparkling. Perfect on a warm summers day in Cornwall!

Pear Rattler

Developed and launched in 2008, this is Rattler's lighter sibling.

Still retaining the same sparkling Rattler bite, but sweeter in taste, and only 4%. This Pear cyder is guaranteed to tingle your taste buds with bursting refreshment!

It is available in both draught and bottled format in many pubs throughout Cornwall and the South West.

Berry Rattler

Developed and launched in 2010, our third member of the Rattler family!

Berry Rattler is made from blending the orginal Cornish Rattler with summer berries.
