March '07: Rattler bottles officially launched!

On 20th April, 2007, Cornish Rattler was launched in bottles at Kingsley Village. Pirate FM were there, and free samples were given out for 3 days!

June '07: Cyder Farm purchases new press:

The Cornish Cyder Farm have recently purchased a belt press, which will be commissioned in preperation for the 2007 pressing season. We hope to achieve bigger yields of juice, not to mention being able to process more apples - and yes - make more cyder! This should allow us to approximately double our production capacity, and we are looking to process around a 1000 tonnes of fruit this year.

September '07: New press successfully commissioned:

Our new belt press has been successfully installed and is 100% operational! This press is even faster than we anticipated, and we are easily on schedule to hit the 1000 tonnes of fruit target.

October '07: Fancy vats from Italy:

This is a natural progression from buying a new press - after all - what's the point in pressing 1000 tonnes of apples if you have no-where to put the juice! As they say...a picture tells a thousand words....
